the beds and bathroom were clean, but the floor had not been vacuumed at all, leaving disgusting hairs everywhere! and don't get me started on the lack of air conditioning during a heat wave. a complimentary upgrade woudl've been nice, but I guess some guests just aren't special enough. I almost gave a good review but just couldn't.

The multi-bed room was really spacious and super clean, which was great for our family. The bunk beds were a hit with the kids! Plus, the view from our balcony of both the mountains and the lake was stunning. Breakfast was fantastic too, with so many delicious options.
